Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of services and may expose the employer to legal liability under Polish and EU employment law.

3.4 Worker Welfare

Employers must provide placed workers with safe working conditions, legally compliant accommodation where provided, and all rights guaranteed under applicable employment law. HireHub reserves the right to withdraw workers from any placement where worker welfare concerns are identified.

4 Candidate Terms

4.1 Accuracy of Profile

Candidates must provide truthful and accurate information about their qualifications, experience, skills, and legal right to work. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate removal from our database and may result in termination of any active placement.

4.2 Document Authenticity
